Rentals
and Private Events
Private events can be reserved up to six months in advance of your
accepted date with a deposit. Rental fees depend on several factors
including (but not limited to) the number of guests expected to
attend, day and time of the event, and entertainment requests. Most
importantly, rental rates vary greatly depending on whether your
event is exclusive or non-exclusive. With the exclusive rental option,
The MarVell Center will be closed completely to the general public
during the accepted hours of your event (this is the more expensive
option). With a non-exclusive rental, we make accommodations for
your group with the understanding that the facility will not be
shut down entirely. A deposit is required upon confirmation and
acceptance of our rental contract. The rental fee is due prior to
the function date.
Reservations
cannot be guaranteed until your deposit is received. We request
confirmation of the final number of guests 48 hours prior to the
event start. We ask that you give one week notice of any changes.
Events cancelled within 48 hours are subject to full charges.
Please
note that if the open bar option is selected, an 18% gratuity will
be added to your bill. Bartender service gratuity is never included
in your rental rate.
